Asher was Stan's first assistant on the CIA cheesecake calendar project in "The Devil Wears a Lapel Pin". When he brings Stan a drink that is slightly off from his temperature specifications, he offers to bring an ice cube. Stan fires him, but requests that he bring the ice cube after all.
