Deputy Director Avery Bullock is Stan's boss at the CIA. He is voiced by (and resembles) Patrick Stewart.

Bullock has worked at the CIA for over 25 years. Despite being 58 years old, he is able to match Stan in a fight, and almost certainly could have beat him if he was 3-4 years younger.
He is also a cocaine addict and his fetish is overweight Asian women. He also had a relationship with Hayley for a while.
He is a Protestant and was once in the SAS (Possibly a joke from a interview with Patrick Stewart).
He is the best and strongest agent in the CIA, his files say he has killed 837 terrorists, 618 hand to hand kills and was the person who hanged Saddam Hussein.
Despite all this he often ends up acting like a teacher to the CIA agents having them write essays, scolding them when they use poison darts on one another, sending them to the 'quiet area' when they argue with him, and even has a 'Milk Time'.

Bullock has a wife. Her name is Miriam Bullock. Her only appearance was in One Little Word where she comes back. But she ends up being brainwashed and was turned into a terrorist. She turns back to normal when she realizes she's a mommy. It is possible they could have divorced because she finds out that he had a mistress named Coco.
He also has a son named Avery Jr.
