Bernice is the practice 'girlfriend' Steve made out of the vacuum cleaner in "Stanny Slickers 2: The Legend of Ollie's Gold". When Stan ignores the family in search of Oliver North's gold he believes is buried in the house, Steve announces that he's decided to make Bernice his real girlfriend instead of using her for practice. In the end of the episode Stan makes him get rid of it.
