Captain Ace Brogdale is a figure attached to Steve's model rocket in an attempt to make it more decorative in "Red October Sky". Steve notes that Ace is in charge and something of a maverick who hates taking orders but gets the job done. As Sergei Kruglov examines Steve's rocket after being hired by Stan to teach him rocketry, he smashes it, noting that it is decadent and wasteful.
