Clown with Glasses was a clown that Stan hired to try to lure Hayley back to his house when she decided to move in with Jeff in "Stan Knows Best". He puts on the huge reading glasses when he goes inside to read to Francine. He died in the bus crash in "Son of Stan". He was married with Ms. Clown with Glasses. He also appeared in a slideshow in a ceremony honoring the people that died. He later appears in the CIA database when Stan searches for the identity of Santa in "For Whom the Sleigh Bell Tolls".
