David Koechner is an American actor, comedian and musician. After one-year stints on Saturday Night Live and Late Night with Conan O'Brien, he began taking small parts in films such as Man on the Moon and Wag the Dog. His role as Champ Kind in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy brought him many other films, including Talladega Nights, Waiting..., and Final Destination 5, in addition to recurring guest appearances on The Office as Todd Packer.

David Koechner took over the role of Dick beginning with "Office Spaceman".
