When Deputy Director Avery Bullock announces the CIA had received funding from the CHIAPet corporation and changed the name of the Central Intelligence Agency to the Central Human Intelligence Agency in "Great Space Roaster" to match the 'CHIA' name, Frank storms out angrily.
A miniature version of Frank appears as one of Steve's toys in "Toy Whorey" as he prepares to fight Stan to keep his toys.
