Henry Watkins is the firefighter that originally rescued Francine when she fell down a well in "National Treasure 4: Baby Franny: She's Doing Well: The Hole Story" at reportedly the cost of his own life.
After Francine is exposed and finds herself unable to justify how she has spent her life, she returns to the well to hide from the media and finds Henry is still alive. She exposes him to the world but everyone reacts in horror as he bites the nose off of his former wife's face. Francine cleans him up and tries to help him readjust to society, but after Henry nearly rapes Klaus, he returns to his well where he feels most comfortable, asking that Francine just send him pictures of her breasts which she does for as long as she lives without knowing that Henry died diving back into his well.
