Judy is a woman that Francine and Hayley go to work cleaning house for in "Failure is not a Factory-Installed Option" when Stan apparently goes to pieces when bested by a car salesman. Judy acts like they cannot speak English and falsely accuses them of breaking her coffee maker, docking their day's pay. When Francine protests, Judy threatens to have them deported.
