While Francine and Roger enjoy coffee at the Commons in "The Dentist's Wife", they spot well-heeled socialite Meredith Fields. Despite Francine's detailing of her charitable works, Roger refuses to be impressed and attempts to introduce himself, where he is taken as a waitress, although his persona is indeed that of a waitress.
