Mrs. Helen Washburn is an elderly woman seen frequently in American Dad!.

In "Francine's Flashback", Stan moves her out of Francine's old apartment at the West Langley Falls Apartments as part of an effort to help Francine regain her memory. In this appearance, Mrs. Washburn is voiced by by Ellen Albertini Dow.

She rides the escalator at the Langley Falls Shopping Mall during Roger's "Footloose" dance in "Four Little Words".

Roger brings her soup without cream per request while performing "Xanadu" on the cruise in "The Vacation Goo".

Mrs. Washburn fails to talk Stan out of giving her a ticket so she may buy her medicine in "Meter Made". In this episode, she is voiced by Rachael MacFarlane.

She attends the funeral of Walter Ellis in "Dope & Faith".

She is seen at the Sunny Ridge Retirement Community in "1600 Candles".

She is finally named in "Live and Let Fry" when Steve uses her as a mule to smuggle trans-fats from the Chimdale Country Market despite her protests that she only needed help to cross the street. She has the ability to jump great distances as a result of 60 years of Kegel exercises, but has trouble with direction. Here, she is voiced by Laura McCreary.

She is one of many having an affair with Mrs. Lonstein in "Criss-Cross Applesauce: The Ballad Of Billy Jesusworth".

Stan and Klaus stop the theft of her Zagnut candy bar in "A Nice Night For a Drive". In this appearance, she is voiced by Laraine Newman.
