Hiko Yoshida is the mother of Toshi and Akiko and wife of Hideki Yoshida.

As Steve outlines his plot to borrow a camcorder from Toshi in "Threat Levels", an older and heavier Mrs. Yoshida appears as Toshi sneaks it past her. This version appears again in "Phantom of the Telethon" as an audience member, cheers on Tank Bates at FedExField in "Daddy Queerest" and appears in "Morning Mimosa" as a member of the studio audience. She also appears in the hologram version of Morning Mimosa in "No Weddings and a Funeral".

Stan claims to have cleared Toshi's conversion to be a cowboy with his parents in "The Magnificent Steven", though admits he didn't understand them due to a language barrier. But in later episodes she is shown to speak fluent English along with Akiko and Hideki.

In "Weiner of our Discontent", Hiko insists that Toshi and Steve use the brand of hot dogs she had bought to use for their hot dog eating contest. Francine is upset by this, despite the fact that the ones she brought ended up being Roger's poisonous "death dogs". She apparently pretends not to understand Hiko in retaliation, claiming that she's speaking "sushi hostess".

Hiko appears in a cameo at the end of "Shallow Vows" with Toshi.

To Hiko's disgust, the boys find her husband Hideki's sex doll while playing hide and seek in "May the Best Stan Win". They mistake it for a mannequin however, and instead of revealing the truth, she and Hideki go along with it.

Roger and Stan take their idea for "Male Stripper Shoes" to Hideki to get funding for their idea in "National Treasure 4: Baby Franny: She's Doing Well: The Hole Story". He agrees to bankroll their idea on the condition that they assassinate Hiko, but Stan and Roger are unable to do it. They later spot an ad for their shoes and find he has stolen their idea.

Hiko's determination to get Akiko and Toshi into a good college forces a confrontation with Steve and Francine in "Spelling Bee My Baby".

Hiko, alongside Hideki, appears during the musical number "He's Got a Kink" in "The Missing Kink" as participants in S&M.

Though she doesn't appear, Hiko is briefly mentioned in "I Ain’t No Holodeck Boy". After a short time in the simulated woods, Toshi claims he can no longer remember his mother's face.

She is one of the savage survivors in "The Two Hundred" and appears during "Everyone is Happy in Utopia" in "300".

Hiko is voiced by Sandra Oh.
