Phillip is a toy triceratops that Steve imagines rescues him and Damien while they are surrounded by troll creatures while playing in "Toy Whorey". Steve would later tie a string to Phillip's tail as part of a booby-trap when Stan decides to throw out all of Steve's toys. Steve would also take Phillip on a road trip to Mexico when Stan decides the way to get Steve to quit playing with toys is to make him lose his virginity in a Mexican whorehouse.
