Plot: Stan goes to Atlantic City for a bachelor party of an old college friend, and Roger follows in his suitcase. Stan's friend actually did not want Stan to come, leaving Stan and Roger to spend time together. After sneaking into the hotel's hot tub, a drunk Stan agrees to a sex-like probing ritual performed by best friends on Roger's planet to share memories.

Embarrassed, Stan refuses to bring up the event and hides it from Francine, much to Roger's dismay. Stan accidentally runs Francine over while arguing with Roger in the car, and she can only be saved by a $178,000 operation. With Roger knowing all of Stan's secrets, the two compete on Best Buddiez!, a game show to win $200,000, but they lose because Stan knows nothing about Roger (the probing only gave memories to Roger because he was the only alien). Instead, Roger simply probes the doctor in order to learn how to do the operation himself.

Meanwhile, while shopping for Steve's new speedos, he meets Trudy, a girl he fancies; Hayley meets her match in a guy named Miles who has a cousin who goes to the same college she does. But unfortunately, their interests are both dating. Deciding to give them a "push towards happiness", the siblings resolve to break them up. They place an earring in Miles' pocket to make Trudy suspicious, then called Trudy to record her words and reorganize them so they could call Miles to think that she's having an affair with a Brazilian guy named Jim. For the final stage, the two set up the couple in the park, thinking they are secretly meeting their lovers. Hayley and Steve figure that once the two break up, they sweep in in comfort them. But the latter have a fight and Miles accidentally burns his faces on a barbecue pit, horrifying Trudy enough to fall into a creek where she is attacked by an alligator. The Smiths then agree to never speak of what they did.

Two weeks later, Roger had successfully done the operation, but Francine acts like a vegetable. Hayley and Steve do their best to get her up to speed.
