Sal is the hypnotherapist that Stan suggests they go see in "White Rice" when he and Francine have marriage problems each year on her father's birthday. Sal erases Francine's memories until he finally has enough of Stan ignoring his requests, and reawakens her lifelong dream of being a comedian.
