Theo is the fiance of Brenda, an old friend of Francine Smith.
When Brenda invites Francine and Stan to their wedding in "The Boring Identity", she notes that she is happy she waited to find "Mr. Right", rather than settling for a jerk like Stan. When Stan loses his memory in a CIA operation, Francine gets to opportunity to reshape Stan's mind and personality into her own Mr. Right. But when things backfire and Stan finds her too crude for him, she tries to tell the truth, but Stan dismisses it as a badly timed joke, and uses Theo's brother as an example of when the jokes will properly come as he practices his material.
