Tito is one of the waiters in "Stan's Food Restaurant".
When Roger attempts to sabotage Stan's restaurant by announcing there was a roach in his salad, Stan points out that all of the plates in his restaurant are edible and Roger tries to eat the plate, cutting his mouth and passing out. Stan has Tito dance to distract the customers.
