The United Nations Headquarters is a distinctive complex in New York City that has served as the official headquarters of the United Nations since its completion in 1950. It is located in the Turtle Bay neighborhood, on the east side of Midtown Manhattan, on spacious grounds overlooking the East River.

In "Rapture's Delight", Jesus needs Roger to fly himself and Stan to the United Nations Building in New York to fight the Anti-Christ in Roger's spaceship which they manage to get working. They crash into the building, damaging the ship so it can't fly again. Taking the elevator up, Stan shoots a schoolboy before they confront the Anti-Christ.
