Weber is a CIA agent newly assigned to the same department as Stan. While Stan is showing him around the office in "School Lies", Senator Buckingham arrives and Stan tries to impress him with his hard work. The Senator instead awards Weber with a task force position because he is one of the Senator's golf buddies.
